Luke Yang

Luke Yang is an experienced professional in employee relations and legal investigations, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations Investigations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to this role, Luke spent over two decades at Allstate, where responsibilities included overseeing the global internal investigations program, managing a team of investigators, and handling investigations into alleged fraudulent conduct. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
