Mark Osmolski

Mark Osmolski has extensive experience in financial and operational roles across various companies. Currently serving as the CFO of the Engineered Fastening business unit at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Mark has also held positions such as VP of Business Transformation, Mac Tools GM, and COO of Industrial Automotive Repair for North America. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Mark worked at Fortune Brands, where roles included Operations Controller and Plant Controller for Moen Faucet, as well as Cost Accountant. Earlier in Mark's career, an internal auditor position at National City Bank was also held. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1978 and 1980.
