Michael S.c. Lai

Michael S.C. Lai is an experienced Engineering Manager currently working at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since May 2014, specializing in enterprise infrastructure and cyber operations as well as edge compute services. Michael's recent roles involve overseeing service assurance and managing global architecture for both on-prem and cloud environments. Prior to this, Michael held managerial positions in IT and operations at OLEIT Taiwan and OLE Group International, leading IT support across multiple regions in Asia. Michael's career also includes significant IT roles at TomTom, the Ministry of the Interior in Taiwan, Xtera Communications, ASUS, and MacKay Junior College. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Chang Gung University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tamkang University. Additionally, Michael serves as a board member of the Mondeo Sport Club in Taiwan, actively managing operations and community engagement.
