Nicola Johnson has significant experience in customer service and data management, currently serving as the Master Data Manager for the UK and ROI at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since July 2006. Prior roles at Stanley Black & Decker included Customer Service Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Nicola worked at BT as a Customer Service Representative from February 2000 to July 2006 and began the career as a Customer Service Advisor at Debenhams from January 1998 to January 2000.
