Oleg Mehtelev

Oleg Mehtelev has extensive experience in sales and regional management, currently serving as Head of Regional Sales for Russia at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since October 2014. Previously, Oleg held the position of Regional Director at Publishers "Prosveshchenye," where the focus was on establishing a regional structure in Russia. Oleg also served as Sales Director for Arima Holding Corp. UK, overseeing traditional trade channels and implementing new distribution strategies in the North-West, Central, and Moscow regions. Earlier roles included GBA Director and RSM at Kimberly-Clark, where Oleg managed P&L responsibilities and developed sales strategies across various regions, as well as positions at Wimm-Bill-Dann. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Electronic from Moscow Aviation Institute and a Master's degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from the Russian State University of Physical Training, Sport and Tourism.
