Sadhana Pattni FCIPD is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Director of Global Learning and DEI at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since November 2021, Sadhana previously held multiple leadership roles at General Mills from February 2007 to October 2021, including Director of Talent, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion for the EUAU region, as well as HR Director for the Global business unit focused on Yogurt and Ice Cream. Sadhana's earlier career includes serving as Head of HR for the UK and Europe at WW from March 2002 to January 2007, showcasing a strong commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures across various regions.
