Shawn Loper

Shawn Loper is a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., with a career spanning over two decades. In various roles, including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Senior Lead Technician, Shawn has specialized in developing gear designs and transmission solutions for DeWalt power tools. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Technician and Specialist (Machinist), where skillsets in CNC programming and machining were honed. Shawn also owned and operated Elite Race Management, overseeing endurance race timing for numerous events. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from Williamson College of the Trades and a High School Diploma from Bel Air High School.
