Steve Maddocks

Steve Maddocks is an experienced leader in manufacturing, currently serving as Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Tools & Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Vice President of Contract Manufacturing at Conagra Brands from April 2018 to April 2022 and worked at The Kraft Heinz Company in various roles from 2006 to 2018, including Director of Operations and Factory Manager. Early in Steve's career, positions at GE included Factory Manager overseeing specialized manufacturing operations and Materials Manager responsible for substantial procurement activities. Steve's extensive background in program management also includes a significant tenure at American Ordnance, where oversight of the Artillery Market Segment and cost monitoring were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
