Xavier Carou

Xavier Carou is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology, brand strategy, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of IT - Brand and Digital Strategy at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since April 2017, Xavier previously held the position of Vice President at Northplains and spent nearly 17 years at Ogilvy in various leadership roles, including Regional Managing Director and Executive Director of Global Operations. Xavier holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and completed an Executive MBA Consortium at Cranfield School of Management, focusing on global business innovation.
