Federico Kujawska

Federico Kujawska serves as the Head of HR and Compliance for Europe and Global Channel at Stannah Group since March 2015, after holding the position of International HR Business Partner for multiple countries, including Belgium, France, and Italy. Previous roles include Interim Deputy General Manager at both Stannah Trapliften BV and Stannah Norway, HR Manager at Remazel Engineering and Cummins Inc., and various HR positions at Schneider Electric and NSN Nokia Siemens Networks Italia S.p.A. Federico's expertise encompasses HR leadership, compliance, and communications, supported by a Degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and multiple master’s degrees in Labour Law and PR & Communication.
