Hugh Buitendorp has accumulated extensive experience in management and accounting roles since starting at Hall Street Bakery in June 2020, initially as a busser and advancing to Front of House Lead. Currently, Hugh serves as a Second Year Accounting Intern at Monarch Investment and Management Group and holds a previous position as General Manager at Stan's Donuts & Coffee. Additional experience includes a Property Management Intern role at Monarch Investment and Management Group, Area Manager and Front of House and Inventory Manager at 5411 Empanadas, and a temporary position as Expansion Operations Manager at Starbucks during business expansion. Hugh is pursuing a dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems at Loyola University Chicago, following a brief dual enrollment at Michigan State University.
