Prior to this position, Eric worked as a Welder/Fabricator at Hotmix Parts, where skills in welding and fabricating asphalt plant products were developed. Eric began a career in manufacturing at Martinrea International, serving as a Production/Team Leader on a sheet metal stamping press line for the automotive industry from October 1998 to October 2007. Eric is a graduate of Spencer County High School, class of 1998.
