Paul Harris

Paul Harris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul worked at Stant, starting as a Plant Manager from June 2012 to October 2016, then moved up to become the Director of Operational Excellence from November 2016 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations from July 2022 onwards. Prior to Stant, Paul worked at Leo's Dancewear, Inc. as the Vice President of Manufacturing from an unknown start date to 2002, and later became the Vice President of Global Operations and Manufacturing from 2002 to June 2012. Before Leo's Dancewear, they were the Managing Director at Illinois Theatrical Co. from an unknown start date to 1995.

Paul Harris earned their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Paul then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, where they attended from 1988 to 1990.
