Andis Berzins

Andis Berzins, PE, currently serves as the Construction Department Manager at Stantec since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andis was a Construction Project Manager at USI Consultants, Inc. from November 2022 to May 2024 and worked as a Senior Construction Engineer at Shrewsberry & Associates from June 2021 to November 2022. Andis also held the position of Senior Construction Engineer at Stantec from November 2011 to June 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, and Senior Inspector for various IDOT, ISTHA, Illinois County, and local municipality projects focused on storm sewer, roadway, retaining wall, and bridge construction. Prior to this, Andis worked as a Construction Engineer at ENTRAN and completed two summer internships at the Illinois Department of Transportation. Andis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, awarded in 2008.
