Eliana Melendez

Eliana Melendez, MPM, PMP, is an experienced Program Controls Manager currently at Stantec since May 2025, with a previous role as Project Controls Manager for the U.S. East Region at CDM Smith from January 2019 to May 2025. Eliana has held various positions in project controls across different companies, including Senior Project Controls Specialist at CDM Smith, Project Controls Manager for LATAM at MWH Global, Project Controls Lead at Mota-Engil, Project Planning and Control Engineer at San Martin Contratistas Generales S.A., and Project Controller at Antamina.
