Elliot Gill

Elliot Gill is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the water sector, specializing in urban water planning, stormwater management, and pollution control. They are a Chartered Water and Environment Manager (C.WEM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (FCIWEM). Currently, Elliot serves as the Market Sector Leader for Urban Drainage and Flooding at Stantec, where they focus on addressing community needs related to flooding and climate change. Their past roles include leadership positions at Halcrow, CH2M, and Jacobs, contributing significantly to research, planning, and the management of wastewater systems globally. Elliot is actively involved in industry organizations, serving as chair of CIWEM's Urban Drainage Group and vice chair of CIRIA's water advisory panel.
