Gretchen Norman

Gretchen Norman is an accomplished environmental scientist with extensive experience in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, currently serving as a NEPA Practitioner and Project Manager at Stantec since January 2023. Previously, Gretchen held the position of Senior Project Manager for NEPA and permitting at McMillen Jacobs Associates and served as Senior Biologist and NEPA Team Lead/Project Manager at Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc. from 2005 to 2022. Gretchen's expertise includes managing NEPA projects across various industries such as oil and gas, transportation, and renewable energy, collaborating with multiple federal agencies. Early in the career, Gretchen worked at DDL Omni, Walcoff, Cortez III, contributing to environmental assessments at White Sands Missile Range. Gretchen holds a Master's degree in Range Science from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Colorado College.
