Paul Morgan

Paul Morgan is a seasoned professional in the field of water resources, currently serving as Technical Director and Practice Lead at Stantec since August 2023. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles at Riley Consultants Ltd from October 2006 to August 2023, including Project Director and Christchurch Manager. With a technical foundation as a Senior Engineer at companies such as Entec UK and Atkins, and earlier experience as a Civil Engineer and Senior Modeller, Paul's expertise spans over two decades. Educational credentials include a BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland and additional degrees in Physiology and Physical Education from the University of Otago, alongside a Diploma in Te Ara Reo Māori from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
