Samantha Sours

Samantha Sours, MBA, ACIR, CIR, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Future Talent at Stantec since October 2025. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at CoStar Group from August 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included serving as a Campus Recruiting Specialist and later as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, overseeing the full-life cycle recruiting process and managing candidate pipelines. Earlier in her career, Samantha held the positions of Director of Recruiting and Training and Recruiting and Training Coordinator at Swim Club Management Group, Inc. Samantha holds a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University.
