Tobias Link, P.Eng. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in building condition assessments and facility management. Currently serving as an Associate at Stantec since November 2018, Tobias leads the Western Canadian Facility Condition Assessment Team, managing business development, financial performance, staff management, and recruitment. Previous roles include Building Condition Specialist at Stephenson Engineering Ltd and Golder Associates, where Tobias conducted on-site Property Condition Assessments and Facility Life Cycle Assessments for diverse clients across North America and Europe. With earlier experience as an Architectural Technologist and Site Supervisor, coupled with a solid educational foundation in Architectural Engineering from Coburg University, Tobias has developed a robust expertise in project management and condition assessment within the engineering and construction sectors.
