Tristan Hogan

Tristan Hogan, P.Eng., PMP is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management and project delivery within the civil engineering sector. Currently serving at Stantec since September 2021, Tristan leads a major project involving the construction of 44 km of track and 24 stations, focusing on quality assurance and field coordination. Prior roles include Civil Lead at Morrison Hershfield, where oversight of design reviews for various infrastructure components occurred, and Utilities Coordinator at Crosslinx Transit Solutions, managing utility conflicts for significant urban projects. Tristan also held key positions at SNC-Lavalin, overseeing utility management for a $40 million budget, and began a career at TD Imagineering as a Construction Supervisor. A graduate of McGill University, Tristan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics.
