Meredith Harper Bonham

Meredith Harper Bonham, PhD, currently serves as Director at Stanton Chase, a role assumed in September 2024. Prior to this, Meredith was Managing Director at BeecherHill from June 2021 to May 2024, specializing in executive recruiting within the non-profit, healthcare, and higher education sectors. Meredith's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President for Student Affairs at Kenyon College from July 2015 to June 2021, where management of over $5 million in operating funds and 120+ staff highlighted strategic planning and business development expertise. Additionally, Meredith held multiple roles at Hamilton College between 1993 and 2015, culminating in the position of Senior Associate Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator, while also advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Higher Postsecondary Education from Syracuse University, an EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA in History (cum laude, high honors) from Kenyon College.
