Sandhya Johnson, PhD, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Keystone Partners and as the Director of Assessment at Stanton Chase, Sandhya also holds the position of Managing Director at Ingenium Global Consulting, a firm specializing in talent and HR strategies. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Flowserve Corporation, where strategic talent acquisition initiatives were developed, and Director of Talent Management at GAF Materials Corporation, focusing on corporate HR alignment post-merger.
