Thomas Schenzle

Thomas Schenzle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and business development. Currently serving as a Partner at Stanton Chase since January 2015, Thomas specializes in advising clients on executive search, leadership programs, career coaching, and onboarding processes. Prior to this role, Thomas held significant positions at DHL as Executive Vice President of Global Customer Solutions, overseeing key account management with a revenue responsibility of €4.8 billion, and at DB as Executive Vice President of Global Key Account Management, managing a €4.2 billion portfolio. Thomas also served in various senior positions at DB Schenker, focusing on key account management and sales, and spent over a decade at Panalpina in multiple management roles.
