Leadership Team

Leadership Team is the managing director at Stanton House. They have also previously worked as the non-executive director at Octopus Investments and the managing director at Badenoch & Clark. At Octopus Investments, they served on the board of the Octopus Protected VCT and reviewed investment proposals with 2 other non-executives and the Fund managers. They also attended quarterly board meetings and chaired the Audit committee. At Badenoch & Clark, they created the vision for B&C in line with the overall MPS strategy and led the B&C Board in determining and executing the strategy. They also increased net fee income by 130% in the 5 year period between 2003 and 2008. Along with the CFO of MPS Group International, they led the acquisition and integration of Judd Farris in the UK and Corinthe in Holland.

Leadership Team reports to Neil Wilson, CEO. They are on a team with Caroline Lansbury - Chief People Officer, Lee Costello - Managing Director, and Kevin Culverhouse - Director.
