Natalie Venturini has extensive experience in marketing roles, starting as a Marketing Executive at Fraser Williams Commercial Systems in 2002. Natalie then progressed to Marketing Manager at Poolia (formerly Parker Bridge) in 2004, where they managed a marketing team and budget. Venturini joined Hays in 2007, holding various marketing roles, including Senior Marketing Manager overseeing multiple specialisms. In 2020, they became the Head of Marketing at Stanton House and continued in a similar role at Acuity in 2022. Throughout their career, Venturini demonstrated expertise in brand development, strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
