Rakesh Kirpalani

Rakesh Kirpalani has a comprehensive background in finance, holding various high-level positions in well-known companies. Rakesh served as the Chief Financial Officer at Stanton House in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at Fusion People from 2016 to 2022. Before Fusion People, they were the Group Chief Financial Officer and later the Group Finance Director at The Kellan Group. Rakesh also worked as an Interim Head of Commercial Finance at Adecco UK. Earlier in their career, they held positions at MPS Group, Service Innovation Group, and Compass Group UK & Ireland in financial planning, analysis, and commercial roles.

Rakesh Kirpalani completed a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance at London South Bank University in 2005. Rakesh then pursued further education in Accounting and Business/Management at ACCA, completing their studies in 2007.
