In 2016, they briefly served as a WHS Consultant at BB WHS Consulting.

Bagyinszki's most recent position is with Stanwell Corporation Limited, where they have held multiple roles since 2017. Balazs started as a Health and Safety Advisor and later transitioned to the role of a Coal Combustion Products Advisor.
