David Fenske

David Fenske is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business and estate planning. As the Owner of Staple Wasp LLC since March 2024, David Fenske has also served in multiple leadership roles at Dayton Rogers Mfg since September 2012, including Chief Legal Officer and Chief Corporate Officer. In addition, David Fenske has been practicing law at Fenske Law Firm PLLC since its inception in September 2012 and was a Shareholder at Morrison Fenske & Sund, P.A. from 1991 to 2012. Prior experience includes a role as a Certified Instructor at ACA International and as an Attorney at Jensen, Bell, Converse & Erickson. Educational credentials include a Law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
