Mary Bolan

Mary Bolan is an accomplished professional in Total Rewards with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Total Rewards at Staples Canada since May 2024, Mary previously held the position of Associate Director of Total Rewards at Canadian Blood Services from August 2023 to May 2024. A significant portion of Mary's career was spent at Gap Inc., where roles included Director of Compensation, Benefits and Shared Services, and Sr. Manager of Compensation & Benefits from September 2006 to May 2023. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Harlequin from 2002 to 2006 and as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Gap Canada from 1998 to 2002. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from St. Thomas University (CA) and a Post Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic.
