Nancy van Stiphout

Nancy Van Stiphout has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Staples Stores since February 2019. In this role, Nancy collaborates with US Retail leadership to shape talent strategies, leadership development, and talent acquisition. Prior positions include Senior Director of Talent Management at Staples and Director of Learning and Organization Development at STAPLES Canada. With a background as President of C&T Consulting, Nancy specialized in designing and delivering leadership and human resources programs, notably partnering with Rogers Communications Inc. to develop a management solution for over 3,500 managers. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at Adobe Systems. Nancy holds a BA in Sociology and French from Trent University.
