Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Staples Construction Company is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning project timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. The team comprises Project Coordinators who manage administrative tasks, Superintendents who supervise on-site work and ensure adherence to design specifications, a Scheduling Manager who ensures project timelines are met, and Assistant Superintendents who support the overall project execution process.
