Anne Hawley

Anne Hawley has over 16 years of experience in the field of chemistry and product development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations, Product Development, and Sourcing at Staples since January 2007. In this role, Anne has overseen the development and quality of private label cleaning and breakroom products, achieving over $250 million in sales and a 14% growth in 2017. Anne manages the Staples Research and Training Laboratory and leads a team focused on product development and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Chemist II, Anne reformulated and launched cleaning chemicals for the Corporate Express brand, ensuring compliance across all states. Earlier in Anne's career, as Chemist I at Orange Glo International, significant contributions were made to the OxiClean brand, including enhancements to the Laundry Stain Remover, which earned top rankings in Consumer Reports. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Colorado School of Mines.
