Ajit Khandekar

Ajit Khandekar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ajit currently works at STAQwise Solutions PVT. LTD. as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager. In their previous role as a Project Consultant at Solvize Management Consultancy, Ajit helped aspiring restaurateurs achieve their goals by developing and delivering concepts related to sales, brand management, working capital, supply chain, and profitable business models. Ajit also designed innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and implemented digital solutions to streamline operations. Ajit has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as an Inhouse Operations Supervisor at Emaar Hospitality Group and a Lead Bartender at Dubai Marina Yacht Club. In these roles, they focused on guest satisfaction, staff training, beverage control, and sales techniques. Ajit also worked as a Team Leader at Fortune Group of Hotels, where they conducted training, managed inventory, and performed opening and closing duties. Ajit has experience in vendor management as a Team Lead at Yashraj Constructions, where they handled administrative work, invoicing, and vendor relationship management. Ajit began their career as a Junior Bartender at The Comedy Store, where they focused on customer engagement, menu knowledge, and escalation management. Ajit also worked as an Event Assistant at Barsolutions LLP.

Ajit Khandekar's education history begins with their secondary school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2004. Ajit then attended Ebenezer Higher Secondary School from 2004 to 2006 and obtained their Higher Secondary degree in Science.

In 2006, Ajit pursued a degree in Hospitality Management at Kohinoor International Management Institute (KIMI) from 2006 to 2009. Their field of study included Food and Beverage Service and Production, Front Office, Hotel Administration, and HRM.

Following that, in 2010 and 2011, Ajit completed a Certificate Course in Bar & Beverage Management at Cocktail & Dreams in Mumbai.

Recently, from 2020 to 2023, Ajit studied at Auckland University of Technology, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Their field of study in this program included Project Management, Big Data, Sales & Marketing, Negotiations, and Sustainability.

In 2022 and 2023, Ajit also completed a Certification in Data Analytics at Coding Invaders by Mentors Pro, specializing in Data Analytics.

In addition to their formal education, Ajit has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified International Supply Chain Manager and a Certified International Supply Chain Professional, both from IPSCMI. Furthermore, in 2018, they achieved the Dubai Way - Level 2 certification from Dubai Tourism.
