It was formed from the merger of The Honolulu Advertiser and The Honolulu Star-Bulletin into a single entity June 7, 2010. The Star-Advertiser is headquartered in Honolulu and it's state-of-the-art Roland offset printing press is housed in a 147,000 square-foot production and distribution facilities in Kapolei.
