Ashley-Marie Monica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2011, they started as a counselor at Camp Discovery. Following that, they served as a Community Affairs Intern at WTXF FOX 29 in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Lawrence Blake Group Int'l, promoting a book through social media. Ashley-Marie also joined FamCare, Inc as a Team Member for the Public Relations Committee. During the same year, they became the Vice President of Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honor Society. Additionally, they worked as a Director for the Entertainment Committee at Rowan PRSSA's Organ Donor Day, where they successfully promoted the event and enrolled 55 new organ donors. In 2013, they started their career in public relations, first as an intern at JFK Communications, then as an Associate at MWW, and later as an Assistant Account Executive at MSLGROUP. Finally, in 2015, they joined StarCom Fiber, LLC as the Director of Client Relations.

Ashley-Marie Monica pursued their education at Rowan University from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Journalism. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) in March 2016 from Duolingo.
