Ron Carter has over two decades of experience in the communications industry, currently serving as Marketing Manager and Communications Consultant at Star Communications since January 2001. With a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from North Carolina State University attained between 1993 and 1998, Ron has developed a strong foundation in marketing and communications strategy.
