Andrew Kay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Star Dental Partners since October 2021, Andrew focuses on enhancing the quality of life for dentists and improving access to high-quality dental care. Prior to this role, Andrew was Division Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing a significant multi-site dialysis operation. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at RKS Investments focused on real estate and oil & gas investments, as well as strategic consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Gemini Consulting. Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Amherst College.
