Eugenia Kotikova

Eugenia Kotikova is a Business Development Executive specializing in the automotive and mobility sectors at Star since March 2016, where successful partnerships with Fortune 500 companies have led to securing six high-value enterprise clients and achieving 17% revenue growth while managing a team of five SDRs. In addition, Eugenia founded Her, an eco-conscious clothing brand in Ukraine, focusing on sustainable fashion and excelling in brand strategy and digital presence. Prior experience includes serving as an Online Marketing Manager at Trionika, managing digital marketing campaigns, and working as a Global Management Trainee at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where diverse functions in sales, strategy, and supply chain were explored. Eugenia holds a Specialist degree in Management of Organization and Administration from Kyiv National Linguistics University and completed studies at Advertising School in 2014.
