Sofiya Z.

Sofiya Z. has extensive experience in commercial operations and sales, currently serving as Global Head of Commercial Operations at Star since March 2012, overseeing Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Inside Sales Teams. Previously, Sofiya held positions such as Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Sales Operations, where responsibilities included building sales operations from the ground up and optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, Sofiya has been a member of RevGenius, contributing to a community focused on revenue growth since July 2020. Earlier roles included Executive Assistant to the CTO and legal associate at Representative Office "Dogus Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi," as well as Business Development/Assistant to the CEO at Formula Nova GMbH. Sofiya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation of Scientific, Technical and Aviation Literature from National Aviation University.
