James Cronmiller

James Cronmiller has worked for two companies in their career. From July 2003 to July 2018, they worked at Star Headlight & Lantern Co, starting as an Electrical Engineer and eventually becoming the Director of Electrical Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for designing circuits using analog and digital components, writing embedded software for microcontrollers, interfacing with sales and customers for technical support, conducting sales training seminars, and managing projects. James also had experience in analog and digital circuit design, schematic creation, board layout, test fixture design, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. From July 1998 to July 2013, they worked at Regal Entertainment Group, first as an Assistant Manager and later as a Handyman/Building Maintenance Manager.

James Cronmiller pursued their education in electrical engineering, earning their Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003. It is also worth noting that they obtained the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in November 2022.
