Celeste Ragin

Celeste Ragin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program coordination and community support. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at STAR Inc., Lighting the Way since February 2019, Celeste develops and implements individual program plans, emphasizes goal-setting, and manages confidential case records.
