AJ Rodriguez

AJ Rodriguez has worked in the security and technology field for over a decade. AJ began their career in 2007 at STAR, LLC as a Principal Consultant, where they managed engineers, developers, and administration personnel to ensure hardware systems were in compliance with ISO/IEC 27000. AJ then worked as a Manager of Information Security at Service Source International from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they began working as a Sr. Security Engineer/Security Audit Program Manager at Avaya. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Security Audit SME/Sr. Network Engineer and at Ball Corporation as a Sr. Cyber Security Architect. In 2018, they began working at CenturyLink as a Sr. Global Security Consultant. Finally, in 2019, they began working at STAR, LLC again, this time as the CTO/Head of Security. In this role, they provide leadership to department heads and directs the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth. AJ also works collaboratively with corporate compliance, internal auditing, corporate risk management, corporate security, regulatory bodies, and authorities to design and implement audit, security/compliance assessment, and regulatory security/compliance practices of IT.

AJ Rodriguez attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1997 to 2003.
