Stephanie Sia-Brady has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Research and Development at Star Kay White, Inc., a position held since March 2000. Prior roles at the same company include Manager of Research and New Business Development, Research Manager, and Senior Food Technologist. Previously, Stephanie worked as a Consultant at ABIC International Consultants, Inc. from September 1994 to January 2000. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, earned in June 1994.
