Patti Jones

Patti Jones is an experienced Benefits Manager at Star Leasing Company since October 2020, where responsibilities include maximizing the planning, operation, and administration of benefits programs while managing costs and preparing for future growth. Prior to this role, Patti held the position of HR Benefits Operations Manager for a brief period in July 2020, and served as Vice President, Benefits Operations Manager at Huntington National Bank from November 1982 to July 2020. In the latter role, Patti managed the operational aspects of various employee benefit programs and served as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships. Patti also held the position of Vice President, Employee Benefits Section Manager at Huntington, overseeing health and welfare benefit programs. Beginning a career in banking as a teller, Patti progressed to operations and ultimately human resources, gaining extensive experience in benefits, compensation, and HR systems. Patti is a graduate of Franklin University.
