Patrick Salmans Sphr

Patrick Salmans, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 29 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of HR at Star Lumber & Supply since July 2022. Prior to that, Patrick spent a decade as the Senior Vice President of HR at Equity Bank from July 2012 to July 2022. Patrick also held the same position at Sunflower Bank from September 2002 to July 2012. At ABX Air, Inc., Patrick served as a Senior Employee Relations Manager from 1997 to 2002. Patrick'searlier experience includes a role as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Sunflower Bank from January 1993 to March 1997. Overall, Patrick has a wealth of experience in managing human resources functions and has demonstrated a strong track record in leadership positions.

Patrick Salmans, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their high school education at Hanston High School. Patrick then attended McPherson College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

In terms of certifications, Patrick obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2002. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in February 2015. Finally, Patrick also obtained the SHRM SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in January 2016.
