Rishen Sevarajah

Rishen Sevarajah is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Senior Manager at Star Media Group Berhad since April 2019. In this role, Rishen designs and implements talent development programs that align with strategic goals while collaborating with senior leaders to identify skills gaps for employee growth. Prior to this position, Rishen held various roles at Leaderonomics from March 2012 to March 2019, including Client Engagement Manager and Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on leadership development and client engagement. Rishen begun the career as a Client Service Executive at ePromode from August 2009 to November 2011. Rishen holds an Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management from Olympia College Sdn. Bhd. and completed secondary education at Victoria Institution.
