Victor Ortega

Victor Ortega has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Victor started their career as a Junior Store Manager at Office Depot Mexico in 2002 and worked their way up to become a Senior Store Manager. During this time, they were responsible for sales, operations, administration, budgeting, expenses, inventory, and supplies. Victor then transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager for Northest Mexico, where they led a sales team and achieved an 80% increase in sales. Victor also played a key role in expanding the company's services to new cities and implementing same-day delivery.

In 2012, Victor took on the role of Regional Sales Manager for West Mexico at Office Depot, where they continued to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction levels, and recover past due portfolios. Victor also managed key accounts such as Continental, Femsa, and HP. Victor's success in this role led to their promotion to Commercial Director Mex & CA, where they oversaw B2B sales, procurement, supply chain, customer service, logistics, and a team of managers and operators.

In 2018, Victor joined La Europea as the Commercial Director, where they led a team of directors, managers, and administrative staff. In this role, they implemented a new commercial strategy that resulted in a 5% increase in margin and focused on cost optimization and pricing. Finally, Victor is currently working as the Director of Hospital Morelia at Hospitales Star Médica, demonstrating their ability to take on leadership positions in various industries.

Victor Ortega obtained a Licenciatura en Administración degree in Administración from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
