Valeria Baker

Valeria Baker is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Since October 2019, Valeria has held positions as Account Services Representative and Member Services Representative at Star One Credit Union. Prior to this, from August 2010 to September 2019, Valeria served as Operations Manager at Moffett Towers Club, where responsibilities included developing and implementing operational policies, managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, and overseeing inventory control using Mindbody software. Valeria also has experience in front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining gym membership quality control. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mission College, completed between 2015 and 2021, along with earlier education at Cupertino High School and De Anza College.
