Peter Piliouras

Peter Piliouras GAICD serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Star Pharmacy Group, overseeing 60 pharmacies across South Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales. Prior to this, Peter held several key roles at Peregrine Corporation, including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for On The Run, where responsibilities included leading over 200 businesses and managing more than 3,000 employees. Peter's earlier positions included Assistant General Manager and Corporate Services Manager, culminating in extensive experience in legal and corporate services as Company Legal Officer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide, as well as executive education from Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
